Cover story · Surat

From raw materials to finished infrastructure
Since 2005, Trilok Infratech has cast precast RCC drains, flumes, box culverts and retaining walls in Surat — for the Government/Public Sector and the Private/Commercial Sector alike.
The story begins in 2005 in Surat, Gujarat. Today the company’s factory stands at Survey No. 18, Nh-8 To Velanja Road, Taluka Kamrej, Village Antroli, Surat, Gujarat, 394150 — where precast units are cast and stacked in the yard for dispatch.
The range is focused on what carries water and holds back earth: T25 U Shape Drain (Heavy), T6 U Shape Drain (Light), FT Flume Precast U Drain, Box Culvert and Earth Retaining Wall. Sizes run from 300 × 300 mm drains up to 2500 × 2500 mm box culverts and retaining walls of up to H 2500 mm; most units are cast in standard 2000 mm lengths.
“We bring their ideas to life with confidence and speed, whether it’s designing and installing durable concrete solutions or full-scale production, we’re your trusted partner every step of the way.”
Every order follows the same three-step workflow: design and planning, precision machining, then final inspection & dispatch. And where a standard table does not fit, the brochure is plain about it: “Customized sizes available for mass quantity.”

T25 T25 U Shape Drain (Heavy)
Introducing the Heavy-Duty Precast RCC U Drain—the superior solution for modern civil infrastructure and water management.
Ideal for use in urban infrastructure, highways, and industrial sites, U-Drain systems are easy to install, require minimal maintenance, and ensure long-term reliability in managing surface water runoff.
T6 T6 U Shape Drain (Light)
The T6 Light Duty U Shape Drain offers a reliable and cost-effective drainage solution for smaller-scale applications where precision and speed of installation matter. Designed for residential layouts, commercial developments, and low-traffic access roads, it brings the same manufacturing quality as our heavy-duty range — in a compact, easy-to-handle form.
FT FT Flume Precast U Drain
The FT Flume Precast U Drain is purpose-built for projects that demand precise, controlled water flow across longer channel runs. With a hydraulically optimised profile and dense RCC construction, it performs reliably in irrigation networks, agricultural canals, and roadside stormwater flumes — even in challenging terrain and high-rainfall conditions.
BC Box Culvert
Trilok's Precast RCC Box Culvert is the go-to solution for cross-drainage beneath roads, railways, and flood-prone corridors. Cast offsite to exact specifications and craned into position on-site, it dramatically reduces construction time without compromising on load-bearing performance. From small access culverts to large highway-grade structures, we manufacture to the dimensions your project demands.
ERW Earth Retaining Wall
Where soil needs to be held, Trilok's Precast Earth Retaining Wall delivers. Designed for stability under sustained lateral pressure, our modular retaining wall panels are used across highway embankments, basement boundaries, industrial plots, and sloped terrain. Faster to install than cast-in-situ alternatives and built to last decades, it's the structural choice for engineers who can't afford to compromise.
