KeyResponsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.

• Client Consultation: Assess client needs, understand their pain points, and deliver tailored presentations or product demonstrations.

• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and packages to successfully close deals while achieving sales targets.

• Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business or referrals.

• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and pipeline activity in the company's CRM system.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: End-to-end hiring process (JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Employee Onboarding: Induction, documentation, policy briefing

• HR Operations: Attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records

• Compliance: Labour law basics, statutory compliance support

• Performance Management: Appraisal coordination & HR MIS

• Employee Engagement: Culture building, activities, grievance handling

• Admin Support: Office coordination & internal communication

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / BBA / Graduate (HR preferred)

• Experience:

• Fresher – 3 Years (Both can apply)

• Skills Required:

  • Communication (Hindi/English/Gujarati)

  • Recruitment & coordination skills

  • Basic HR policies knowledge

  • MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Professional attitude & confidentiality
